  The owner mixed up our appointment date and decided to cancel the order for my wedding 2 weeks prior to the event. Instead of apologizing and explaining the situation herself, she told everything to her assistant who was standing in right in front of me while on the phone with her. He even asked her if she wanted to speak to me directly but she refused. I then headed to another florist in the area, who told me it was not the first time they heard bad reviews about this florist. Lack of professionalism and respect for clients. I do not recommend.
